What is My HUGO BOSS Rewards?

Register to become a HUGO BOSS EXPERIENCE member today to ensure you don't miss out on My HUGO BOSS Rewards: an exclusive promotion for members, where we reward you with exclusive vouchers for hitting your spending goal when shopping with us either online or in-store.

How do I take part?

You must register as a HUGO BOSS EXPERIENCE member to see the offer and take part in the promotion. Once you've been invited you'll need to log in to your MY HUGO BOSS account, access the promotion area, and complete the sign-up process by accepting the T&Cs.

What are the rewards?

After reaching your spending goal, you will be rewarded with a spending voucher you can use next time you shop with us online or in-store.

What counts towards my goal?

All purchases (total spend) after returns that are made as a HUGO BOSS EXPERIENCE member in a HUGO BOSS EXPERIENCE store or outlet (use the Store Locator with filter: HUGO BOSS EXPERIENCE); in the HUGO BOSS online store www.hugoboss.com; or the HUGO BOSS App. For purchases to count toward your goal, you need to be signed in when shopping online or show your customer number in-store. Any returns are deducted from the total amount after a 35-day validation period. Return options and time periods are determined by the respective Retail and Online Store Return Policy where the purchase was made.

How can I keep track of my target?

Once you've registered as a HUGO BOSS EXPERIENCE member, and taken part in the promotion, you can access your My HUGO BOSS account where your spending goal will be listed within the My HUGO BOSS Rewards area, under My Status tab. Please note that only one spending goal at a time will be displayed in your status overview. It may take up to 48 hours for your most recent purchases to be added to your achievement status in your account. Pending purchases will be confirmed after a 35-day validation period.

What happens after I reached my goal?

After reaching your initial goal, you can redeem your voucher on your next purchase. You can also continue your journey in the My HUGO BOSS Rewards promotion. If you shop with us again during the promotion period, your purchases will unlock higher rewards for a maximum voucher value of 400 CAD.

What happens if I overreach my goal?

If your overreach your initial goal, subsequent purchases will be counted towards the next higher goal, until you have achieved the amount for the maximum voucher value.

How will I receive my vouchers?

Your reward will be assigned to you under the My Vouchers tab within My HUGO BOSS Rewards area in your My HUGO BOSS account. If you have agreed to receive marketing notifications, you will also be informed via email, SMS and/or app push notification when your voucher is available. Please ensure you have entered a correct email address and/or mobile phone number, and given app push notification consent in your device settings or app settings in the My Data area within your My HUGO BOSS account. You can check and review your marketing permissions in your My Data area at any time. 

How can I redeem my vouchers?

You can redeem your reward voucher either online at hugoboss.com, in the HUGO BOSS app, or in a HUGO BOSS EXPERIENCE store or outlet, within the voucher validity time period. Once you have decided to redeem your voucher either in-store or online, the other option will be deactivated. The voucher can only be redeemed in your country of residence as listed in your My HUGO BOSS account. A voucher can only be used once, and cannot be split. You can use one voucher per purchase.
