HUGO BOSS ships to all locations in Mexico. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery to major cities and urban areas. Please allow a few more days for deliveries to remote locations.

The HUGO BOSS Mexico online store (www.hugoboss.com/mx) can only ship to addresses in Mexico. We cannot ship to Mexico from HUGO BOSS websites in other countries. We do not ship to freight carriers at this time. To find your nearest store, use our store locator.

Make your purchase online and pick it up at any store participating in the promotion, at your convenience, with the advice of our team.

You don't need to be home for delivery, just visit your nearest BOSS store and pick up your purchase at a time that suits you.

Is that how it works:

1. Shop online

Browse the latest collections at www.hugoboss.com/mx and add the items you've selected to your shopping bag.

2. Select a HUGO BOSS store

In the “Shipping address” field select the “Ship to store” tab and choose the store where you would like to pick up your package.

3. Pick up your order

When your order arrives at the store you have chosen, you will have 21 days to pick it up. The only thing you will need to pick it up is a valid ID or confirmation of your order.

You can also appoint another person to pick you up: this person will only need to bring your authorization with them.

Note: When you pick up your order, please bring your ID or shipping confirmation email so store staff can identify you.
