Free returns

General information

If you need a return label, our customer service will be happy to help you. Email service-mx@hugoboss.com to have a free prepaid label emailed to you. Use the shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package. Be sure to keep the return tracking number. Drop off your return package at a UPS drop box, UPS store, or any other location where UPS packages are regularly picked up, visit ups.com for locations. Please note that to use our prepaid shipping labels you must ship from Mexico.

You can also return the merchandise by selecting another courier service; however, HUGO BOSS will not be responsible for costs associated with returning or losing the package. We recommend that you use a courier service with insurance and tracking. HUGO BOSS is not responsible for import or shipping costs associated with returns sent from outside of Mexico. If you want to return items that were shipped in different packages or return multiple orders in the same package, please clearly indicate this on the packing slip and include it in the package.

If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact HUGO BOSS customer service immediately by calling 800 386 9990 or by sending an email to service-mx@hugoboss.com.

In our online store, returns of purchases made in the physical store will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange, replace, or give credit for altered merchandise.

Returns of merchandise purchased in the HUGO BOSS online store using PayPal can only be made in the online store using the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order.

Our physical HUGO BOSS stores cannot process refunds for purchases made with PayPal to your PayPal account and can only be processed for store credit or exchange for the full amount of the item(s).
