A non-fungible token, or NFT, is a digital asset used to represent ownership of unique items or access, whether digital or physical. Most commonly they are used for digital collectibles. Ownership and transfer of an NFT are secured, which ensures that one NFT only has one owner at any given time, and that nobody can modify the history of the token’s ownership.

Cryptocurrency is a digital currency or store of value that uses the blockchain, a digital transaction ledger, to record and secure online transactions. Cryptocurrencies can be used to buy goods and services. Currently, the most traded cryptocurrencies are Bitcoin and Ethereum.

A blockchain wallet is a digital storage unit that enables you to store and make transactions using cryptocurrency. In its simplest form, a wallet comprises a public and private key, which are cryptographically generated.

To make the process of setting up a wallet user-friendly, there are many software wallets, such as MetaMask, which equip you with a wallet address, key vault, secure login, and backup options to manage your digital assets securely. With a digital wallet, you hold the keys and are in charge of your own assets. Your assets are only as safe as your keys, so back them up for heightened security! Remember: never share your seed phrase with anyone as it is for your eyes only.

Some of the most well-known cryptocurrency exchanges are Coinbase, Crypto.com and Binance.

The revenue from the auction will be donated to a charity called Youth Aware of Mental Health. YAM is a school-based program for young people ages 13 to 17 in which they learn about and discuss mental health.

An NFT allowlist, also known as a whitelist is the process that explicitly allows an identified wallet address to access the mint to purchase an NFT.

The process is as follows:

1. Starting October 20th, you can purchase HUGOxIO T-Shirt(s) from the HUGO BOSS ecom store (T&Cs apply).
2. By purchasing the T-shirt(s), you automatically agree that we will transfer your data to our partner Imaginary Ones for the allowlist. Your allowlist data will automatically be deleted by December 31, 2022.
3. 24 hours after you have purchased your T-shirt(s), you can log into the following external homepage of Imaginary Ones. Please log in using your email, user name and your order ID as your password. Imaginary Ones will allowlist you once you have registered at this page. You must  register by October 28th, or you will not be allowlisted to purchase HUGOxIO NFT(s).
4. If you don’t register yourself at this external IO page by the end of the day on October 28th, you will not be allowlisted to purchase HUGOxIO NFT(s).
5. Customers that purchase the T-shirt(s) after October 24th are not eligible to be allowlisted for an NFT.

Each purchase of one T-shirt can give you access to one allowlist spot. Each customer can buy a maximum of 5 T-shirts. Quantities are limited to 500 T-Shirts worldwide.
