Returns are also accepted at certain HUGO BOSS store locations within Canada. Returns are not accepted at Factory Outlet or Outlet store locations. To find a participating store location nearest you, please visit our store locations and search for a ‘‘BOSS Store’’ near you. Please note returns are not accepted at ‘‘Boss Outlet’’ or ‘‘BOSS Shop’’. You can also contact customer service for assistance. For a full refund, bring your order receipt form and the original payment method to the HUGO BOSS store when you return the merchandise. Our HUGO BOSS stores are unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal back to your PayPal account. In store returns of any item(s) purchased using PayPal are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

If you do not have your order receipt, your return will be processed for the current price of the item on the Canadian HUGO BOSS Online Store and receive HUGO BOSS store credit. If you are able to present your order receipt, but do not have your original form of payment method, you will receive HUGO BOSS store credit for the full amount of the item you purchased.
